This Model Law Enforcement Policy on Stalking was developed to emphasize Kansas Law Enforcment's commitment to effectively and efficiently respond to allegations of stalking, identifying specific acts constituting offenses of stalking under applicable law, ensuring the arrest of individuals with sufficient probable cause and appropriately disseminating information to victims of stalking offenses.
