Concealed Carry
In 2006, the Kansas Legislature passed the Personal & Family Protection Act (KSA 75-7c01 et. seq). Since July of 2006, over 14,000 Kansans have applied for concealed carry licenses. On January 2, 2007, licenses began to be issued to those who were approved.Attorney General Steve Six offers the following information to help Kansans better follow the concealed carry law.
