Charges filed against Leavenworth County man for rape, aggravated indecent liberties with a child
July 28, 2010 - Attorney General Steve Six announced charges have been filed today against Roger Lee Nichols of Leavenworth, KS (aged 33) for one count of rape, one count of aggravated criminal sodomy, and two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Nichols was arrested on Tuesday, July 27, in Leavenworth. Each charge involves a child under the age of 14 years of age.

These are only allegations, and Roger Lee Nichols should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
