Batterer Intervention Programs
A collective of dedicated domestic violence and criminal justice professionals devoted many years of hard work to develop the Essential Elements and Standards of Batterer Intervention Programs in Kansas. The BIP Unit is responsible for the training and certification of batterer's intervention programs across the state to meet these standards.
