A.G. Six announces conviction in Barton County case
November 19, 2009 -- Attorney General Steve Six announced today that a Barton County jury found Kenneth Crawford (D.O.B. 3/4/1955) guilty of three felonies: aggravated kidnapping, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and criminal threat.
The Attorney General's office, Barton County Sheriff's office, and Kansas Bureau of Investigation cooperated during the investigation and prosecution. Mr. Crawford was charged in August 2005. Sentencing has been scheduled for January 4th at 1:30 p.m.
