2009 Racial Profiling Report Information
In accordance with K.S.A 22-4610(d), Kansas law enforcement agencies are required to submit an annual report of all racial profiling complaints to the Attorney General’s office by January 31. Every agency submits a report even if it has not received any complaints of racial profiling. The links below contain information for reports of racial profiling in 2009:
