Carter was charged with two counts Vehicular Homicide, a class A person misdemeanor, and one count failure to stop at a stop sign. He turned himself in to authorities on April 19 and immediately posted bail. Carter is to appear in court on April 24, 2008 at 9:00 a.m.
These are only allegations and Carter will be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
