Sumner County man found guilty of aggravated indecent liberties with a child
April 18, 2008 -- Attorney General Steve Six announced today that Jon Ulate was found guilty in Sumner County District Court of two counts aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Each count carried a penalty of between 55 and 247 months depending on the defendant's criminal history.
The crimes occurred between November 2005 and February 2006.
