Feb. 20, 2008 -- Attorney General Steve Six announced today that Robert Jarman was charged with the intentional secondary degree murder of his wife, Suzanne Jarman.
Law enforcement officials answer a 911 call made by Mr. Jarman on August 22, 2007. When they reach the couple’s home outside Columbus, they discovered Mrs. Jarman dead from a gun shot wound to the back of the head.
These are only allegations and Jarman will be presumed innocent until proven otherwise in a court of law.
